Audi next level

Audi next level was a commercial I worked on whilst working at The Mill London. I was a tricky job as the entire spot was CG with the exception of the in car driver shots. The premise was 2 drivers racing through the audi factory of tomorrow, which was a huge neverending technological wonder.

we had to build most of the track and structures in a procedural manner so they could stack and be made more efficient with the use of instancing and bounding boxes to create a lot of repetition within the layout.

I was the lead Asset artists on the job, and designed the check point gates, the drones and most of the environment.

This was a rotating tunnel section i pitched for the job, when one of the cars take an unexpected detour, the idea was it would sprial open and reveal a new track

This was the drone I built in maya for the project, its main function was to be able to seamlessly swap out headlights whilst the car was moving.
